Special rates for EPECS'11 conference attendees have been negotiated with some hotels located in Sharjah (subject to availability).

To obtain the special hotel rates, you should contact the hotel via fax or e-mail and mention that you are attending EPECS11. Room reservations are subject to availability.

Note: The drive from Dubai International Airport takes approximately 20 minutes to the hotels in Sharjah assuming normal traffic conditions. The taxi fare can vary between 35-50 UAE Dirhams (1 US Dollar = 3.65 UAE Dhs) depending on traffic conditions. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a two-hour drive to Sharjah.
