Rules for paper presentation and registration
1- Authors with multiple papers have to pay full registration for the first paper and half registration for each additional paper.
2- A maximum of three papers is allowed per author.
3- Proof of student status is required for student registration.
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by an author in order for the paper to be published in the final conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
