If you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the UAE, you should consult the embassy of the UAE in your country to inquire whether you need to have a visa or not. For some countries, a visa can be obtained at the airport upon arrival. Though getting a visa is the participant’s responsibility, we will be glad to provide you with documents such as an invitation letter or any other assistance you may need in this regard.

If you are flying to the UAE with Emirates Airlines, or Etihad Airways or Air Arabia, you may request a visa through the airline company.
